Arguably the strongest DECA program in Washington, advisor Dave Whitehead sent another strong contingent to the state competition in Bellevue this past weekend, and the results were stellar!
17 participants made the finals stages at state this weekend with a total of 14 members moving on to the International Career Development Conference, (DECA’s International competition), in Anaheim April 25th – 30th.

Making it on the finals stage and moving on to Anaheim are:

1st place – Payton Stiles & Preston Bingley in Entrepreneurship Innovations Plan
4th place – Preston Bingley placing in Hospitality Professional Sales
4th place – Jinna Brim & Meghan Tabacek in Team Sports and Entertainment Marketing
5th place – Nick Haynie in Quick Serve Restaurant Management
5th place – George Johnson and Adam Sonneland in Financial Service Management
Qualifying earlier for ICDC in the Student Based Enterprise competition where: Abbey Miller, Alexis Desautel, Troy Ruffin, Hanna Hess and Halle Hanson.
